# Subscription

Our Residential Proxies are available in two payment plans - pay-as-you-go and subscription. The subscription feature offers a simple and efficient way for our users to ensure a steady supply of traffic without the hassle of reordering. This option also comes with an exclusive 5% discount.

In this section, we’ll walk you through the steps for managing a subscription.

Navigate to the 'Residential' (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>) section on the sidebar menu, which brings you to the main dashboard for Residential Proxies.

From there, find the 'Subscription' (<mark style="color:orange;">2</mark>) banner to see the current status of your subscription.

If your subscription is active, you will see its details - status (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>), next payment date (<mark style="color:orange;">2</mark>), amount of traffic you subscribed to (<mark style="color:orange;">3</mark>), and the price (<mark style="color:orange;">4</mark>). Can click the 'Manage subscription' (<mark style="color:orange;">5</mark>) button to get more information.

On this page, you have several options. You can change your payment method (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>), upgrade (<mark style="color:orange;">2</mark>) or cancel (<mark style="color:orange;">3</mark>) your subscription, and get an overview of your subscription history (<mark style="color:orange;">4</mark>).

Clicking the 'Upgrade plan' (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>) button will take you to the order placement page.

You will see the pricing and available discounts (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>), where you can choose a subscription upgrade, as well as your current subscription details and pricing (<mark style="color:orange;">2</mark>). Add the number of GB (<mark style="color:orange;">3</mark>) you want to add to your subscription, and you’ll see the updated pricing (<mark style="color:orange;">4</mark>). Click the 'Continue' (<mark style="color:orange;">5</mark>) button.

Select the payment method (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>) and click the 'Complete order' (<mark style="color:orange;">2</mark>) button.

Clicking the 'Cancel plan' (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>) button will bring up a confirmation prompt. Click the 'Yes, cancel' (<mark style="color:orange;">2</mark>) button to cancel your subscription or the 'Not now' (<mark style="color:orange;">3</mark>) button to go back.

If your subscription isn’t activated, you can click the 'Reactivate' (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>) button to reactivate it without changing any settings.

Select the payment method (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>) and click the 'Complete order' (<mark style="color:orange;">2</mark>) button.

If your subscription is active, you also have the option to add extra traffic without changing the plan. The amount of traffic you can add this way equals your current subscription. To do this, click the 'Quick top-up' button (<mark style="color:orange;">1</mark>).
